The news about the third Trump indictment broke last night — and it’s a killer. I’ll have some thoughts to share tomorrow.

Meanwhile, this popped up on my YouTube Music feed while I was out doing my daily walk. It’s from a performance by the “superband,” The Dukes of September, at Lincoln Center about 10 years ago.

As much as I love Michael McDonald’s voice, a woman named Monet takes over at about 3:00 and just flat-out steals the show. She totally kills it with a combination of power, timing and soul.
